Set up the destination

Create a Teams webhook workflow
Create a Teams Workflow that receives a webhook request and posts to the intended channel. The precise Microsoft flow will be documented after final service verification.
Add Microsoft Teams in Fwrd
Open Destinations in Fwrd, choose Add Destination, and select Microsoft Teams.
Enter the workflow URL securely
Give the destination a clear name and paste the complete HTTPS workflow URL. Treat this URL like a password.
Webhook URL ← Teams WorkflowSave and activate the destination
Review the destination name, save it, and leave it active when you want it included in forwarding attempts.
Run a safe test
Use a dedicated test destination and a message with no private or production data. A connection test is useful, but it does not prove an incoming SMS automation on a physical iPhone.
What counts as verified
A saved destination, completed checklist, or successful connection test is setup evidence—not delivery proof. Final verification requires a sanitized incoming SMS on a physical iPhone and the matching result at Microsoft Teams, including a locked-device test when that is part of your intended use.
