# Forward iPhone SMS to Discord

## Short answer

Fwrd is coming soon for iPhone. The current source path is intended to send qualifying incoming messages from a user-created Apple Shortcuts Message Personal Automation to Discord through a direct request from the iPhone.

The current direct destination set is Slack, Discord, and Telegram. This page focuses on Discord; it does not claim App Store availability or prove incoming-SMS delivery on a physical iPhone in every device state.

## Destination dependency

- Provider requirement: A Discord server, destination channel, and channel webhook

The destination service controls acceptance and final delivery. Provider permissions, credentials, rate limits, outages, and policy can affect the result.

## Apple Shortcuts dependency

The customer creates, enables, edits, and disables the Message Personal Automation in Apple Shortcuts. The customer chooses the matching criteria. Shortcuts passes Message and Sender values into Fwrd’s Forward Message action; Fwrd does not create or inspect the automation.

## Evidence boundary

A source path, saved destination, or connection test is setup evidence, not proof of an incoming SMS automation on a physical iPhone. Final evidence requires a sanitized message, the intended device state, and a matching result at Discord. The iPhone must be powered on and online for the direct request path.

## Data and control

Direct destination requests are made from the customer’s iPhone. The current build keeps a local forwarding log containing message text, sender, destination, time, and delivery result. Do not send real message contents or destination credentials to Fwrd’s website forms.
